Guile is back! A lot of people are upset because it's so hard to get him... I found him on my first try, and I didn't even know that he was in the game. However, I can read Japanese, so I guess that helps a lot. Anyways, this is one of his winning animations.
Another Guile SFZ3 winning animation - he salutes. I created a new frame of animation that lets this animated .gif loop without looking awkward!
Rainbow Mika - the girl who wants to be a professional women's wrestler. I guess that's kinda strange to most of you, but in Japan, women's wrestling is very popular! It's not the T&A stuff that most of us know... they do all the same stuff that the men do - top rope powerbombs etc. In fact, a few girls have died!
And, I bet you think that her costume is kinda crazy looking... well, you should see what some of the women's pro wrestlers in Japan wear! This is kinda conservative (except for the hearts).
Mika has got to be one of the coolest new characters in SFZ3 - actually, she might be the coolest. Great personality, blonde pig tails, cool animation etc.
*** One side note - anyone think that she wasn't modeled after Baby Spice?
Did I mention that Mika was a little goofy? Yes, she is! This isn't quite a real animation that you'd find in the game - I kinda made it as a joke.
*** I can't believe they took out her winning animation where she drags the tire around the screen! That sucks!!!
Rose was my favorite SFZ character until Cammy finally made it into the game. I still play her a lot, but not as much as I used to. It's really too bad she has to die... maybe they'll resurrect her in a new Darkstalkers!
Unfortunately, this is just a single picture... I haven't gotten around to making the whole animation for Rose's perfect winning pose. Since it's so cool, I thought putting up a single picture would be better than nothing.
Sagat! How mighty is this guy!? Cammy is hands down the coolest looking character, but Sagat might easily be #2. He's just so mighty and intimidating! By the way, since he is so big, you have to be careful with this kick because it goes over the heads so most Street Fighters who are standing in front of him!
Not only is he mighty looking, but I've always thought that Mui Tai (or however you spell it) Kickboxing is the most devistating kick/punch fighting style.
*** Why is Sagat backwards? He's not! Player 2 Sagat (like player 2 Cammy) is actually correct. Check out the scar... Ryu is right-handed, so his uppercut would have gone from bottom left to top right.
